This activity will give you an insight into the role of a Youth Justice Worker and has been designed to help you decide if the role is right for you.
You will be given a scenario to read, which describes a challenging situation a Youth Justice Worker might face.
There are 8 scenarios in total which you can complete as many times as like. After each scenario you will be given 4 responses – you should choose which one of these you would most likely do if you were in that situation.
To get the most out of the activity, you should be completely open and honest when responding to the questions. Your responses will not be seen by anyone other than yourself and it is not part of the application process.
Once you have completed all scenarios you will be given some feedback about how well you are matched to the role of Youth Justice Worker.
